My Therapeutic Approach:
I adapt my approach to work with every client’s unique needs.
-
Learn how to adapt and change unhelpful thoughts. Even small changes in our thoughts and behaviours can have big positive impacts on how we feel and approach our day.
-
Gently returning our awareness to the present moment. We will learn practical strategies that you can use in daily life.
-
Finding meaning in life and your place in this world isn't always easy. I work with you to explore your values, strengths, and increase your sense of purpose.
-
We emphasize your strengths and resources to create positive change. Looking forward to what is possible!
